Start with the whole-property vacate clean
The general end-of-lease clean should cover the agreed kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, living areas, bedrooms, storage, accessible glass and floors. It should be detailed enough to compare with the property condition report and the property manager’s written instructions.
Add specialist services separately
Carpet treatment, broader window work, extensive wall washing, pest treatment, high access, balconies and garages should be named separately. Keeping them itemised makes it easier to compare quotes and confirm what will happen on the day.
