How we prepare a quote
We ask for the suburb, property size, condition, preferred date and any extras such as carpet cleaning, wall washing, windows or outdoor areas. That gives us enough information to quote the job properly.
Before we quote
If your agent gave you a condition report or cleaning checklist, send it through. Photos of heavy build-up, difficult access or delicate finishes can also help us quote accurately.
Different homes need different work
Our customer reviews mention everything from pet hair and wall marks to coastal glass, older character homes and heavily used ovens. That is why we ask about the property instead of assuming every vacate clean is the same.
A quick note about the bond
Cleaning can help with cleaning-related inspection issues, but rent, damage, repairs, missing items and fair wear are separate matters that may also affect the bond.
