How to get an accurate quote
Send your suburb, property type, room counts, preferred date and a few photos of any heavily soiled or hard-to-reach areas. If your agent gave you a checklist, send that too.
Before cleaning day
Remove belongings from the areas being cleaned, keep water and electricity connected, and let us know about parking, lifts, keys and when the property needs to be ready. Mention any delicate finishes, existing damage or areas you do not want treated.
After cleaning
If possible, check the property while you still have access, take final photos and keep the invoice for your records.
