Post-clean questions
Any post-clean issue process, return visit or correction arrangement depends on the agreed quote and booking terms. Confirm anything important to your handover before the appointment.
No whole-bond guarantee
Cleaning is only one potential tenancy issue. No promise is made about rent, damage, missing items or other matters that may affect a bond or final inspection.
Accuracy and availability
Appointment availability is not confirmed until we accept the booking. Same-day and next-day requests depend on the schedule, location, property size and access.
