Start with the main vacate clean
The main end-of-lease clean can cover the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, living areas, bedrooms, storage, accessible glass and floors. If your agent gave you a checklist, send it through when you ask for a quote.
Add any extras you need
Carpet cleaning, exterior windows, full wall washing, pest treatment, high-access areas, balconies and garages may need to be added separately. We’ll list them clearly on the quote.
What a quote should tell you
Included
The rooms, surfaces, appliances and extras included in your booking.
Not included
Damage, repairs, unsafe access and anything that was not included in the quote.
Access needed
Parking, lifts, electricity, water, keys and any building access rules we need to know about.
Timing
The cleaning date, when the keys are due and who to contact if something changes.
